Do you have a catalog?
Baby Eggi does not have traditional paper catalogs - the shopping experience at Baby Eggi is exclusively online.
How do I become a Baby Eggi philanthropic partner?
Baby Eggi will consider partnering with non profit organizations that follow the below guidelines:
- • Certify tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) and 509(a)(1), (2) or (3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code. Organizations outside the U.S. must be able to document not-for-profit status
- • Not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, creed, national origin, disability, handicap, age, sexual orientation, marital status, veteran status any other basis prohibited by law.
- • Mission furthers the well being of children and future generations.
Please do not submit partnership requests for:
- • Individual needs, including scholarships, sponsorships and other forms of financial aid.
- • Fund-raising activities, such as galas, benefits, dinners and sporting events.
- • Goodwill advertising, souvenir journals or dinner programs.
- • Travel for individuals or groups.
- • Sectarian activities of religious organizations.
- • Political causes, candidates, organizations or campaigns.
- • Books, magazines or articles in professional journals.
- • Endowments or capital campaigns.
- • Traveling exhibitions
- • Programs not on a grassroots level
Letter of Inquiry
Inquiries for partnerships are accepted and reviewed on an ongoing basis throughout the year. Please review the above list of what we do not fund to make sure your organization is eligible. While we welcome innovative ideas and approaches, we seldom support unsolicited requests. Given the large volume of requests that we receive each year, please understand that we are unable to respond personally to all inquiries. Please send all inquires to partners@babyeggi.com.

We are not currently shipping individual orders outside the U.S.

What is your return policy?
Within 30 days of original purchase: Baby Eggi gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for full refund. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment. If the original receipt is unavailable, we'll make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit based on the current selling price.
After 30 days of original purchase: Baby Eggi will gladly make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit for the price at the time of sale (with original receipt) or for the current selling price (without original receipt).
What is the status of my return?
Returns will be processed within 10-14 business days from the date we receive your package. Kindly allow 3-5 business days for the return credit to post to your account from the date your return is processed. For further questions regarding returns, please contact customercare@babyeggi.com.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Orders are usually received within 7-14 business days.
How can I track the status of my order?
Your order should arrive via parcel post via the United States Postal Service within 7-14 business days. If you have not received it within this time, please contact customercare@babyeggi.com. If you have requested a Two Day delivery, please also contact customercare@babyeggi.com for your Fed Ex tracking number.

Do you offer gift cards?
At this time, we do not offer gift cards. If you would like assistance selecting a gift, please contact Customer Care at customercare@babyeggi.com.
How much will I be charged for sales tax?
Sales tax is automatically applied to your Baby Eggi.com order in accordance with individual state and local regulations if your shipping address is in one of the following states: CA. Appropriate tax charges will appear on the "Review Order" page during checkout.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship individual orders only within United States.
Can I change an existing order?
We rely on a heavily automated process to provide you with the fastest service possible. Due to this automation, we are unable to make changes to an order after the order has been placed. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. TBD
Can I cancel an existing order?

Can I re-route my shipped package to another shipping address?
For security purposes, we are unable to redirect a shipped package to a secondary shipping address once order is complete. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. If our shipper is unable to deliver the package to the address that you provided, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse and processed as a return.TBD
What if I receive an incorrect or damaged item?

You will be billed automatically as your order is processed through the website.

The item I want is sold out. Will you get more in?
Generally, once a product is sold out, it is unlikely that we will receive another shipment. Products that we carry may only be available to us in limited sizes and quantities. Please check back frequently with us for new products and sign up for our mailing lists for sales and new collection notifications.

In the rare instance that an unauthorized person obtains your credit card information and uses it, by federal law, you are only liable for the first $50. In any instance where you have discovered or suspect fraud, you need to immediately contact your credit card company. Because we are so confident in our security measures, we will reimburse you for the $50 not covered by your credit card company. That's our Baby Eggi Security Guarantee.
